Bio

Your enoughness is showing.

But do YOU see it yet? Or has your longing heart been wandering, yearning to find its way back home?

Maybe society already sees you as successful, but a part of you can never quite cosign on your worth.

Maybe you’ve seen glimpses of your brilliance, sharp light peeking out from behind the eclipse of self-doubt or fear.

Sometimes we need keys to unlock that brilliance, to learn to be at home with our pasts, embrace the present, and boldly imagine the possibilities inside and around us. When you trust that the answers are already within you and willingly walk into the unknown with curiosity, vulnerability, and courage, the stage is set for true healing.

This is what we do together.

I believe…

...that there are no actual conditions for your wholeness. You are complete.

...the universe is waiting for you to wrap your own arms around your body, mind & soul to live an inspired life embodying love, passion & purpose.

...in love...deep, unconditional love for ourselves and those around us. When love is present, abundance knows no bounds.

...in forgiveness, in swaddling our flaws in a warm blanket and saying “even now, I choose YOU.”

...your truth sets you free. When we live from a place of honesty and integrity, our vision and capacity for fulfilling our purpose is unstoppable.

If you’re ready to chip away the last bits of marble to reveal the masterpiece of you, then you’re in the right place.

How do I know? I’ve been there. I’ve beaten my head against a wall over addiction to perfectionism, self-doubt, even self-betrayal. I’ve outsourced my self-worth and I’ve clawed my way out of a debilitating shame spiral into practicing kindness as a way of life. I’ve had 21 years of formal education, but nothing I know for sure was learned through books.

I’ve opened up my soul for the lessons of an embodied life...and I am honored to pass on these lessons and teachings to you.

I do deep, life-giving work with awesome, powerful women like you through yoga, transformational workshops, retreats, and speaking.

I'm a clinical psychologist who embraces mystery.

And a yoga teacher who believes in justice.

My meditations are quiet, my laughter loud.

My purpose is to remind you that your lovability is unconditional, that your contribution is incomparable, and that your one life is longing for you to show up fully.

You are already ready.
